Description
The bronze ritual vessel with rectangular body and hipped roof-like cover called Fang-Yi. On each side the dominant decoration is an animal mask with squared spiral lei-wen ground; end narrow bands of k'uei dragons above and below. Serrated flanges at each corner and down the center of each side; the foot is notched on each side. Inside both vessel and cover is an inscription of 右.
